Calgary Cabinets Depot Ltd

We purchased these cabinets 4 years ago. The white cabinets are yellowing, the stained cabinets are fading, drawers don't line up, doors squeak and the soft close hinge is going and the inside of the cabinets is peeling and cracking. This was a terrible investment and I would tell anyone to stay far away from this company and these cabinets. I had also contacted the Calgary Cabinet Depot to see if there was anything they would do for us. After almost a year of getting the run around, still nothing has been done.

We did a complete house reno and created an open concept whereby the island would be a feature. Jane created the design we were looking for 6.5 ft x 5 ft with a wine fridge, pullout liquor cabinets and eating area for the cat (made from a microwave cabinet). Beyond the quality cabinets is the outstanding customer service. Once the cabinets arrived, I was taken to the warehouse to confirm the color as we were matching and older dining room suite. After installation, Jane herself wanted a site visit to confirm workmanship and noted a few details that I had not seen or concerned about. She had her installers return to 'cleanup' the insides of the cabinets and smooth some edges on the vanity. Everyone in the store is very welcoming and helpful. We would strongly recommend them for quality and customer service!

We found the exact color & style cabinets (Antique White) we were looking for at Calgary Cabinets Depot. Kevin was very helpful and worked with our Contractor to obtain the best layout. Our Contractor chose to assemble & instal the cabinets himself, and he says they went together nicely. Our kitchen is very functional, lots of storage space, and we receive many compliments. We especially love the soft-closing drawers & doors. There were a few hiccups with a couple of the cabinets, but Kevin was prompt to assist us. I guess it should be expected with the large number of cabinets we required. We will be renovating our bathroom next, and will return to CCD for the matching vanity. Overall we are very happy with our kitchen, and would recommend CCD.

Replaced kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. CCDL assisted in designing all cabinet work. Materials delivered on schedule and work was completed within 3 days. Demolition and removal of old cabinets completed within a morning. Installation and trim workmanship was first rate. Highly recommended.
