Atlas Aluminum

I asked Chris who was doing the house next store to come over and give me a price for replacing a downpipe, checking the draining of my gutter system and later replace a piece of gutter on my back porch and install new gutters on my garage. His price was reasonable, he did the work on time, cleaned up well and was respectful. Unfortunately the gutters he installed on one side of the garage leaked and wouldn't drain the water away. It didn't have enough of a slope. I tried calling him right away and he never responded for weeks. The one call I received he promised to come over and fix the garage gutter. He never showed up. So I'll have to have it repaired by another source. Very disappointing that he didn't back up the quality of his work.

I called Atlas Aluminum when I received a flyer from them in the mail, as I needed some eavestrough replacement done and was also considering siding on the front of the house. I initially only wanted a quote done (to consider whether the pricing was affordable), but, Chris, the lead installer, provided us such a reasonable estimate that we entered into a contract with them right away. He was very accommodating of all of my concerns and listened earnestly to my opinions. His depth of knowledge of his services really aided in decisions of things like colour, placement, etc. He and his crew were very polite, and kept their work area clean. The end result was fantastic - greatly exceeding my expectations.
All in all I would say that the quote was very reasonable, and the quality of work was superb - would definitely recommend Chris and Atlas Aluminum to everyone.
