February 3rd I sent 4 requests for quotes to fix my dryer. Some didn't reply others gave pricey quotes.
Then there was Adriano. He replied immediately and it was after 8pm. Which is great because we all know personal stuff can't always be done from 9 to 5.
We communicated about the details of my repair, he gave me a very reasonable quote and was at my home in 2 days to check the problem. He then called me within a few days to tell me the price for the part, I approved, then we scheduled the repair date.
He arrived on time, did the repair, checked that everything was working and the price I paid was the price I was quoted.
He explained the problem, showed me the replacement part and was courteous.
It is hard to select someone you don't know and have to trust to do the repair correctly and not overcharge. Adriano is a person I would recommend and I have taken a few extra business cards to give to people I know.
