With updated iphones in hand, an Ipad and a MacBook Pro, we were unable to activate our phones & in need of rescue. In 4 sessions Chris showed us how to operate the phones, download apps, use Syrie, integrate ipad, phone, and Macbook. He helped complete some started but incomplete updates, helped me to better organize my files , helped with the new Photo program, and showed me how to do a Microsoft newsletter format with text & photos.
Chris is cheerful, positive, enthusiastic, very personable, a good teacher, on time, wastes no time - a wonderful remedy to our confusion and feeling inadequate with all this brilliant technology.
As soon as we run into another difficulty we will ask him to please come again.

Our computer would not start and we needed help. Based on his reviews, we decided to give Chris a call. He took the time to diagnose the problem (mother board) and was able to do the repair on time and at his estimated cost (actually a bit less).

Chris is great and I would highly recommend him for any computer issues. He taught me how to set up my computer, fixed a printing issue and created a music file for us. He was punctual, reliable and he is a wonderful, patient teacher.

Chris came to my home and fixed it really quickly. Knew what he was doing, excellent, friendly service. We moved recently from a huge house to a condo and bought new computers. We had to transfer our stuff from the old computers to the new ones. The problem is that my darling husband considers himself to be an excellent nerd, so I had to tread carefully not to hurt his ego. What appealed to me on Chris's website was the promise of "no humiliation".
Chris was true to his word. He was friendly, eager and very supportive, a real pleasure to have around. He worked for six hours and only charged us for five. His rates are higher than some of the other geeks-for-hire out there, but his personal touch is really worth it. He transferred files, taught me how to do simple stupid things (transfer pictures from my phone to the new laptop), and even straightened out my husband's mare's nest of
wires. When he was done, I was able to take my 8-yr.-old boat anchor of a computer out to the back yard and shoot it (only kidding), everything was neat & tidy and made sense. And here's the kicker: my husband LOVED him!!! And even better, he said he would be delighted to have Chris back to trouble-shoot if necessary in the future. Everybody was happy at this end. and I hope Chris was too.

I was really impressed with how quickly Chris got my computer working, and how quickly he got me to understand how to use it. All round great service!!

Chris installed Windows 10 and helped me change/upgrade my email and delete a whole lot of garbage files. He was just so knowledgeable and helpful. Everything runs more smoothly now. Will call him in a minute if anything ever goes wrong again – he’s terrific!

I needed help learning an art editing program. Also we've had problems with apple mail. Chris explained the features of pixelmator that I'll need to use for an art project I'm doing. He also diagnosed the problem we've had with apple mail. (It often does not show the body of the messages in one of our accounts.) He gave us suggestions for remedies that we'll follow up on. He was patient and courteous and gave clear and thorough explanations. We will definitely call him again when we need more assistance.

My computer was hacked into by people claiming to be VISA.
They took over the use of my computer using a program called Teamviewer. They went into my online banking and transferred money from one account to another. They entered their own password and I was no longer able to use my computer. I called the police and Chris' company was one of the ones that they highly recommended. Since he was able to come that same day I used his service. It was not an easy task since he had to figure out how to
enter my computer due to this unknown password. He had to come back the next day with some additional information but he did not charge me for the extra time. He was polite, well mannered and a pleasure to work with. My job was not an easy fix but he persevered and finally was able to get my computer back up and running. I was so grateful to him. I would highly recommend his company and I would certainly call Chris if I experienced any other problems in the future.
