We needed a garage pillar repaired. I heard that Avenue Road Masonry was really good.
From the first time I called right up to completion of the job, their service was exceptional. At no time did I feel like I was being ripped off. I had complete trust in what they were telling me, and their price was very reasonable.

I highly recommend this organization and will not hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish Avenue Road Masonry was great to work with. Chris came out to give a thorough quote and clearly explained the scope of the work and how things would progress. We even had stone samples dropped off and a consultation about colour/sizing. The team went away with a sample of our stone and came back with a second stone on the day of the work and the match was so perfect we cant even tell which stone was replaced! This is the original stone on our house so it was not an easy match and we appreciated how thorough they were in their search for a good fit (other companies didnt even offer to match the stone let alone drop off samples for approval). Robert was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling and again very professional, kept us up to date on timing and scope of work. The work was done meticulously by Dan and Greg, so much attention to detail. We really cant say enough about this team! We will be using them again for any future stone needs. Thanks so much!

Avenue Road Masonry responded promptly to my telephone inquiry about repairing our flagstone steps, and arrangements were quickly made to have someone come and provide a quote. The person who came was clearly knowledgeable and experienced. The work was completed sooner than I had expected, and the job was done expertly. Some stones had to be replaced but the new ones were chosen so that they blend perfectly with the old ones. The steps look wonderful. We are delighted.

Excellent service from production manager, Rob, who went far beyond his work hours and services to support me. Finest attitude towards the customer I have ever had. The work was completed on time, he checked on site each day and offered to help in complex payment procedures for me. I wouldn't recommend anyone but his team for masonry and I use Avenue Road roofing/carpentry/masonry for all part of my house. Everything scheduled immediately and done with perfection.

I contacted Avenue Road Masonry in late April, 2022 about rebuilding the brick fireplace chimney on our 45 year old house in Scarborough, ON . Chris and Dom did an outstanding job with the repair. They both were professional and knowledgeable. They took exceptional care of the property and when the repair was completed the work site was clean and all the debris removed. I would highly recommend Avenue Road Masonry.

From beginning to end the whole process was made very easy. We spoke to two other masonry companies and found Avenue Road to be the most informative, responsive and at the best price. Chris came out twice to help talk through our options. The team that arrived (Dan and Greg) were hassle free and went above what we thought they would do. Our experience with Avenue Road Masonry was 10/10 from first contact to follow up after it was completed. Chris and Robert and their team showed a strong attention to detail; did excellent work on the timeline we agreed upon; were respectful of the neighbours; and kept the work sites very clean and well organized. They replaced bricks, did tuck-pointing, replaced concrete sills, repaired two porch pillars, and did a big parging job on our exterior basement which is above grade. I had Avenue Road masonry come to brick up a doggie door and relocate an exhaust vent and I am so thrilled that I used them. From quoting to scheduling to the smile on the faces of the workers to complete the job, to invoicing and follow up…each step was seamless. A truly professional operation.
