Quality potlight was a pleasure to work with. They came and installed 30 potlights for me in our bedrooms and bathrooms. They clearly laid out where the new lights would be installed, and ensured I was happy with each step of the process including cleanup. They also installed two new outlets for me, and moved some existing wiring. The team was friendly and professional each step of the way. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

My main contact was Moe (owner), and then Angelo (lead installer) and Dana (in office scheduling, invoicing and customer service). The entire team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. It is clear customer service is a high priority for them and they know that these positive reviews drive their business. Moe responded promptly to my initial request for a quote and helped us choose the right layout and colour for 9 second storey potlights. He sent us images of the layout and lights to be installed along with the benefits/rationale. He patiently answered all our questions and provided a competitive price. He and Dana were always quick to respond on scheduling and follow up questions. They also followed up after to make sure we were completely happy. The install team lead by Angelo did a professional job. They were also very courteous, cleaned up and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Quality Potlight. We had exterior potlights installed for our home. Moe & his team were great! The price was reasonable, the work was done timely & the potlights look great! I would definitely recommend Quality Potlight for any electrical needs!

Mike and Ash came to install 13 potlights, track lighting and a Sputnik light fixture. They also changed/installed 4 dimmable switches. They did such an amazing job- very efficient and professional. They're also very cost friendly! They cleaned up at the end and removed all garbage. They were very pleasant too! I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend!

This was my second time using the services of the team at Quality Pot Light + I would absolutely continue to recommend them. They removed and patched dated track lights from my kitchen, added beautiful pot lights and replaced two pendants. They also added an additional outlet in a bedroom - all in one afternoon and for a very reasonable price (and we had quoted with multiple vendors).

Even though we are DIYers, we decided to hire a contractor to install pot lights in the living and dining room, kitchen, main entrance, and basement to make sure that the installation followed the electrical code in Ontario.
We chose Quality Potlight based on the rating and reviews in Home Stars, and they did not disappoint. A technician assessed the areas, recommended the number of pot lights, and described the features of the product that they install. After adjusting the preliminary estimate, and then accepting the final quote, the installation day was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. They just asked for $100 as a deposit.
Mike and his crew arrived in the morning, as planned, went through the plan with us, covered the floors, and started the installation of 38 pot lights, which were completed the same day. No sweat! We requested the installation of an additional pot light in the entrance of the house which was done without adding any delay to the completion of the work.
At night, we changed our minds and realized that too many pot lights had been installed in the basement, so we called Mike to request the removal of 4 lights from that area. Mike agreed and confirmed to be back the week after, on Monday, and they just did it. Before the removal, he discussed the decision with us to understand the reason. The lights were removed and two of them installed in the laundry area, per our request, with no additional cost.
I don’t hesitate in recommending Quality Spotlights. Their work is flawless, the crew very respectful, and they proved they really care about their customers. The pot lights look great and have given the house a modern touch that we were looking for
