Henry was recommended to do built in cabinetry around our new fireplace . Many issues with the workmanship. It was so shoddy that Henry had to take the doors and drawers back to the factory to be refinished. After reinstalling them, the drawers and doors dont close properly . Quartz on floor out over 1 1/2 inches side to side. The pot lights flash every 40 seconds when off . Paint has cracked on the fireplace surround. Although promises were made to return, our phone calls and emails have been ignored. Custom Redefined as they are known is truly a joke. The fireplace company that gave us their name no longer recommends them because they have had many complaints.

Though the majority of the project turned out great, there were a few issues that I found after final payment. I contacted Henry in April 2017 to come and fix them (it wasn't a good time) and again in September (he was going to come by but never did). I have been trying to reach him since February but he has not returned my calls or messages. To me Customer Services is one of the most important aspects when dealing with a business. I am now left with glass in cabinets that are loose and a fireplace that did not work all winter (had it serviced before the reno started) to name a few things.

Henry and his son replaced the main beam in my century home. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. He came recommended by a friend who had used Henry to renovate his kitchen at his home and renovate his entire cottage. I would highly recommend this company. They know their stuff, are kind and most importantly can be trusted.
