I called A+ to get a quote. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and sent me sample ideas and colours right away. Sent a quote with options and took the time to explain things. He was flexible with install timelines and we are very happy with the finished product. Looks amazing!

I was offered a 10 year labour warranty. However, as shingles fell off, I called to ask about this several times and there was no reply. I also tried emailing and calling the sales rep directly, also no reply.

Outstanding service from start to finish!! I dealt with Steven and he was always prompt with his return calls, and answered all my questions. The workers came at 9:30 in the morning and they finished around 6 pm. I was concerned about the clean up but they left it better than it was before they started. I can't say enough about how professional they were! I highly recommend them.

Quality and a fair price is what you want as a consumer. These guys do this EVERY TIME. Four years ago they replaced my entire roof for $6500. This included a ventilation tower, tar paper for the entire roof and a 3 foot ice ice shield . When they arrived the opening remarks was " Is the shingles you have ordered ? . I was impressed . Sometimes you pay x and get y in this industry. A couple of years ago after heavy winds I had a hanging fascia at the front of the home the danger to passersbys was real. I was desperate. The earliest I could get someone was Tuesday. I called A+ they came . After this recent high winds I again lost a fascia ( these were are all part of the original home ). They again came out and after replacing the missing piece took the time to inspect and secure fascia for the entire roof. Btw the shingles for the roof done 4 years ago are still in tact

Dealt with Stephen to replace my 17 year old roof. He was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He was not pushy and guided me in decision making. The price point was reasonable based on other quotes I had, my due diligence on track record and the companys other work around the neighbourhood. The crew of 4 pleasant guys arrived as promised at 8:00 am and worked through till 7 pm. Did a great job and cleaned up at the end.

My friend suggested to get quote from A+ Roofing and read the reviews. I decided to give them a call for a quote in Sep.2021 as all the reviews were positive. But somehow, the work was not done due to weather uncertainty, but get contact again in March 2022. I got a call back from Stephen shortly after. He came out quickly and gave me updated quate which is the almost same what he has given last year, it shows honesty and customer service. He answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. I am so glad that he put GAF HDZ (which I preferred), Charcoal shingle.
his company replaced our roof recently. They were very professional, friendly and prompt. They covered surrounding grounds with tarps and placed plywood to protect windows and sliding door.

Stephen was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The crew arrived by 8:15am and the roof was completed by around 6pm. Lawn and driveway were spotless when they left. Highly recommend!
