Needed a new furnace as there was a leak and the gas company had to shut off our furnace. As we knew we would have to replace the hot water heater and A/C we decided to do it all at once. They came the day we phoned. They asked us if we needed some portable heaters, which we didn’t but it was very nice of them to ask. The installation crew were great and everything was done within a couple of days of our call.

We have used Stadke for repairs on our furnace, our gas lines, and our air conditioner. Their staff is always pleasant and helpful on the phone, and their tradesmen are top notch. We once had an issue arise after hours and only an hour after the answering service took my call, the owner Brian personally called to walk me through a few things over the phone and he didn't even charge me for his time! He could have sent someone to our place and charged us for the work but he alleviated the issue over the phone with me first. The instilled some serious trust in their billing with us as well. Not to mention, that when we had a gas leak, they were there within a blink of eye and expertly completely the work with confidence. Thanks guys! Loyal customer over here!

I contacted Stadtke just before Christmas due to lack of heat in one zone of our hydronic system. They responded immediately, and promised to have a service rep call, which didn't happen for a while (I did tell them it wasn't an emergency, and it was also around Christmas). I called again after Christmas, and this time they scheduled an appointment right away, were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and our syetam is working well again.

It was Jan 2, 2016 and out furnace would not heat! There was an error code on the circuit board but it was hard to determine the specific problem. I searched YouTube and found some tips but still could not get it running.

In the afternoon, Brian Stadtke showed up and I explained to him what I had done. He tried to repeat my tests and then tried something that I had not tried and lo and behold, the furnace kicked in with heat!

Thanks to Brian for the free 5 minute visit and getting our heat back on.

I contacted Stadtke Plumbing & Heating to perform a routine servicing of my hot water boiler. The technician was prompt, polite, and informative. However, when I subsequently contacted the company to carry out some repairs on the system, they would not return my calls and I was unable to get them to do the work. I was forced to seek out a second company, and when they looked at the boiler they told me that had it been properly serviced last time, there would be a tag on the boiler stating the date of the servicing, who conducted the inspection, and the results of the CO2 test - which doesn't seem to have been carried out, and I was ignorant of the need to inquire about it. Consequently I would not recommend Stadtke Plumbing & Heating.
