Envision completed a kitchen reno for me in the summer of 2018. In December 2020, I had an issue with the hood fan. This was 6 months post warranty but the company sent their site supervisor out immediately. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, and provided good information to me. He needed to return to finish the job and again he showed up on time (actually a little early) and completed the job to my satisfaction. I was not charged for the work, which was a very pleasant surprise.
