He will tell you his opinion but the final decision always rests with the homeowner and he will make it work to be what you want. Alan is a perfectionist with the small details and will take the time to ensure the work is done correctly or it gets redone!
We are in the process of the next renovation and now that we have such an easy relationship it is easy to trust and rehire Envision to do the next big project. This is a guy that won't speak down to you or change personality by the end of the job. His prices are reasonable. We learned the hard way what happens when you hire your trades through Kijiji or through Google. Having a contractor is well worth it to add accountability and saves money in the end.
I liked this company so much he went to my best friends house and quickly got her work done as well. Great guy.
