We had spent a lot of time looking for a contractor to complete our basement. When we first met Victor of Continental Brothers, he seemed to be honest and his quote came in at a reasonable price and his payment terms was fair. His team started the job on time as agreed and the estimate in regard to how long the job would take was accurate. Overall, we were very impressed with his team. Victor, Hugh, Tony and Benny did an awesome job. When they started framing the layout, they saw a better vision for the basement and recommended a different layout that maximized the use of the space. We made a lot of changes along the way and with each change they gracefully adapted and modified what they were doing to accommodate our requests. They also kept making suggestions to improve upon what we envisioned. They treated our renovation as though they were doing their own basement. They really cared about our satisfaction, provided advice on colours and styling to ensure that we will enjoy the space once completed. Hugh was amazing – his response was always “no problem, we’ll make it happen”. Benny’s work ethic was outstanding. Very rarely do you come across someone dedicated to doing outstanding quality work as he is. The service provided was excellent. We could tell that our happiness was Victor’s number one priority. He also provided a lot of extras – such as installing lights upstairs, repairing our garage door and making other needed repairs around our home. We are so pleased with how our basement turned out and are happy that we chose Continental Brother’s Construction.
