YCE was one of the first to contact me after I posted my request on HomeStars. As it was late on a Friday, Alex promised he would be able to fix my kitchen sink the following Monday morning. He gave me a quote and I was comfortable with the price range and his customer service skills. Alex arrived right on time and both he and his apprentice were friendly and professional. He arrived with the parts necessary to complete the job and had the work completed within a short period of time.

I had others contact me about the job, unfortunately, two companies refused to give me a quote over the phone and wanted to do this on site. This would be a great way to trap home owners into over-paying for a job. To me, anyone who refuses to give their hourly rate should not be trusted. Alex gave me his hourly rate on the phone, and, informed me of additional charge for parts.

I will be using Alex again and will definitely refer him to friends and family, should they ever need a reasonably priced and honest professional.

Note: Those who look only to companies with hundreds of reviews are missing out on this company. Give YCE and Alex a chance. They are well worth the investment.

We called YCE to inspect a leak in our home, they discovered a large drain pipe in the wall had cracked. They removed the damaged section and replaced it with all new plastic pipe. They were very friendly and efficient.

Had a backup in the house, found out it was a plugged sewage pump, the pump was repaired and everything works well now.

They were very professional and polite would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for the work that got done
