Westview came by and did the repair see posted picture for result not what I expected. The driveway has started to crack after just 10 months and there are marks forming on the driveway - see pictures. When you buy a new driveway and spend your hard earned money this is not what you should expect. I am disappointed with the workmanship. Notified the company several times afterwards with no return call or message.

The company has resolved all issues. Westview is focused on keeping customers happy. The company is focused on ensuring that the customer service level is second to none and has personally assured me that they are looking to keep me happy.

The paving was completed around September 2016; I noticed later near the front of the house around the bush that paving was rough and ugly looking (as noted in the attached picture). When asked, Westview replied we go around bushes when rolling the driveway, we just pave that’s all. It has gotten worse over the winter. I called Westview and they stated in writing that it would be repaired. Months went by without any communication so I followed up; they said nothing can be done. The offered me free driveway sealing as compensation. The customer service and communication with this company is non-existent and the customer does not come first.
I have e-mails that show only sealing was recommended. Bushes were never discussed prior to the job. If you are going to repair it what is the hold up? Job was completed in September 2016 what is the date now? Nice try.
