We had our septic pumped by another company but there was a clogged pipe that they were unable to deal with. Tyler was able to come on very short notice. He is a really pleasant guy to deal with, he smiled thru the whole process, explained everything he was doing (why and how) and was able to give us advice on some other issues we have going on. He unclogged the pipe and plunged a clogged sink for me very quickly. He gave clear instructions about how to assist him and some advice about how to prevent the problem from happening again.
