I appreciated how Tyler from Drain Right Now phoned to let me know that he was running late and he would be there 15 minutes later than our appointment time. My experience has been no call and kept waiting or no-show at all.
The sewer problem was dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Sending the camera down the sewer was an excellent learning experience. Tyler and Josh worked well together.
Tyler cleaned up the whole working area with detergent and disinfectant. I’d recommend outside covers for the sewer snake and the camera reel. Either hard or soft covers would catch any nasty bits or drops that might remain and leak onto floors when moving from truck to job site.
