My wife and I searched Edmonton for a builder with a plan we could alter and customize to meet our needs for 6 months. We discovered Impact Homes in West secord and started the buying process there. Their plans and flexibility to customize needs made our choice easy. From layout to interior upgrades everything was dealt with ease. After move in John and the warranty team have dealt with the minor defects in a timely manner. I do and will again recommend to family and friends.

it was a great pleasure to deal with Impact homes right from the first time i walked in to the show home. From picking out a lot and plan to the design center. they all gave great advise on designs and were very accommodating for any changes we wanted to make during the design stage. Once building started was updated all the time and what was happening and what would be coming up next in the build. Build time was very tight and possession date was spot on. Any service issues which were very minor were dealt with immediately . I would recommend this builder to any friends or family.
