At first I was hesitant to deal with another contractor. We had problems last year with a fence contractor taking our money and not showing up. That had left a sour taste in our mouths. Grayson was very quick to respond to emails, listened to what I wanted for my front door and was very accommodating to meet. He said he would meet at a certain time and he kept to his promise, even arriving a little bit earlier. When he ordered the inserts, one had to be custom-made, so he was honest with the timing it could take. His timing was quick, arriving earlier than he quoted and he contacted me as soon as it came in. His workers arrived ahead of schedule on the day of installation and were very polite, worked quickly, quietly and cleaned up after. I am very impressed with the work done. Friends and families have been commenting on the style and the look of our front door in the past month since we got the inserts installed.
