This is the worst company so far I deal with in my life. I don't pay it cheap but I definitely get the worst service I ever have in my life. If you are looking for trouble, go for it

Bought some parts from Andrea, he first promised the parts will come in at the end of the week then it never came after 2 and a half weeks. I had to come pay a visit numours times to get a hold of him to see what’s going on with the parts I’ve ordered and he just tells me he is too busy for the day and don’t have time to deal with my order yet every single time. I figured I’m not getting my parts and asked for a refund and he still refuses to do so, making me wait down at his showroom while he is upstairs. Do not recommend their service at all to anyone

Do yourself a favor and read the complaints on Better Business Bureau and on the Business reviews before hiring this company. They have a PATTERN, they will take your money and promise you a 4 to 6 weeks delivery. After many calls and showing up in person twice at their location, they had no reccords of our order or contract. We waited 5 months before we can get our order

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BLINDS WITH FLAIR! I ordered shutters in May 2018 and gave $550.00 deposit. It is now September 2018 and no order delivered or refund. Manufacturer confirmed not fulfilling orders for Blinds With Flair because of defaulted payments.
Owner will not refund my $550.00 deposit.

Myrna was professional, honest, patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with. She quickly determined what I would need and thoughtfully offered her expertise . She respected my budget and delivered the product early. We highly recommend Blinds with Flair team

******June 9th update********

Finally, the blinds are installed! Still have 3 blinds on back order, but most part of the house now have privacy. The product quality is very good. Installers are professional and knowledgeable. They promised to have the balance installed by the end of June, which makes the total duration of this project 10 weeks from the original order date, 6 weeks past the original completion date. If it wasn't for this long delay, this purchase could have been 5 star.

********May 23rd*******

Order placed on Apr 24th, promised to install in the week of May 14th. Today is May 23rd, still waiting for delivery/installation confirmation.

We were promised for 3~4 weeks delivery time when placing order. Waited patiently for 4 weeks. Called the store in week 4 to expedite the order. The staff told me the roman shades are not available and need to be re-selected (seriously? you waited 4 weeks to tell me this?!) and the rest of the blinds haven't been shipped by the manufacturer yet.... I asked when? He said he doesn't know and will find out from the manufacturer.

This "finding out" took 6 days (3 business days + long weekend) and counting..... I called twice afterwards, still not getting a delivery date. Since these blinds are custom made, the store doesn't allow cancellation, even when they failed to meet the original delivery date.

Now we're living in a house with no window coverings and no privacy except for some temporary paper shades in the bedroom. I've dealt with a dozen suppliers, contractors and stores since we moved into the new home in April. Everything moved well and everybody respected the timeline except for this one.

I ordered custom shutters for windows and patio door and the final product looks great. I am happy with the product and installation. Installer was very skilled and knowledgeable and friendly.

In home consult was great. Beautiful selection to choose from and the decorator really understood my needs and was able to narrow the huge selection accordingly. Installation was flawless and the blinds look terrific!
