Hills & Valley Water Systems

We built our retirement home 5 years ago and my wife has been complaining about the water since day 1 with reason, the water system that our sub-contractor installed was outdated and not up to the task. I met Errol Judd through boating and soon became aware he was in the business of water treatment. I asked if he had ever designed a system for a Motor

Yacht. He said no but advised it would be easy and very similar to a cottage system with with some constraints as to space and power.
He inspected my 501 Chris Craft asked some questions with regards to consumption and storage and said he'd get back to me.
When Errol called back he advised that he and his supplier had designed a water treatment system that would suit my needs at what l
considered to be a very reasonable price compared to what I had previously been quoted.
The system was installed and we have been enjoying perfect water since July 2017.

My First Mate is quite the worry wort and has been having our water tested almost weekly with consistent 0% 0% readings. It's worth noting that the same

tests from our on board tank came back not suitable for drinking.

Now with our Hills & Valley Motor Yacht water treatment system we never have to worry about water quality regardless of where we hook up to dock water or fill our tank as all of our water goes though our fillers and UV light.

We can use our AC or DC water pump which is great for when we are on "on the hook".

Our U V light is powered by our inverter and consumes very little power. This ensures that even when connecting or disconnecting power or using the

generator, Our UV light is always protecting our water.

We bought a home on well and septic in Manotick 2 years ago. I never liked the iron taste or sulphur smell that came with it. White clothing would get rust stains and the tiles always needed scrubbing with septic safe products. This was real chore.

The final straw was the constant noise from water hammer anytime water was running. I called in Hills and Valley based on the solid reviews here. Errol was able to quickly diagnose the cause of the water hammer being a blown pressure tank bladder. He was instantly able to list all the issues we'd been having and confirmed this by seeing the rust in the toilet cistern.

Errol recommended a solution that would eliminate the iron and sulphur and properly condition the water. He gave a quote in minutes and was accommodating with the timing of installation as we had guests coming for Christmas. He worked until 7pm to get the job done. He even called the morning after to make sure we were happy.

The water now has no odor, the iron is gone and the missus is smiling now that we can wear whites again without rust stains.

I am fairly new to the area and have been very lucky finding great contractors. When we bought the house, we knew the water softener should be serviced and called Hilks and Valley Water Systems. Errol came out to do the service and he was fantastic, reminded me of the friendly and reliable people I knew from the East Coast. Knowing I should soon replace the water pressure tank, I had him come back today. The work was done very well; again I was impressed with Errol and I highly recommend Hills and Valley for your well related needs. Errol is a great guy and their prices are very reasonable but more importantly, I trusted them to do the work at a high standard and they always meet or exceed my expectations. We were very impressed with the installation. The service worker was on time and very efficient. We were quoted 1 day installation and that's what we received. Extremely happy overall !

After dealing with bad water for a few years, Errol came to our home and tested everything right there and was able to tell us that our current system was under sized and one unit was not even functioning.

We bought a house that was completely out of date and needed everything except the water tank and we as well got a drinking water system installed. Our installer Errol Judd was referred by my neighbor and the was no mistake in that he was very high quality and knowledgeable and friendly. He has also been there for questions that arise.

My water was deemed undrinkable after several water tests that I had done. That is when I called Errol to see what could be done. He came over to my house and explained what needed to be done. Errol informed me what product he was using to improve the water and how it would be installed. It was not a small job, Errol installed:
-sump pump
-pressure tank
-iron and sulfer remover
-water softener
-ultra violet sterilization
-reverse osmosis sytem

It was all installed neat and professionally in the room. Errol then explained how everthing worked before he finished the job. My water was aweful before Errol fixed it. I have had my system running for six months now and I absolutley have no regrets! The best part... no more plastic water bottles!

Errol from Hills & Valley water system came to my house and explained in great detail how the systems work and what would and would not be required for my home. After testing my water we found high levels of chlorine and other contaminants in my water we also found my water to be very hard for city supplied water at a level of 23. It's been one week since the installation and right away we noticed a huge difference in water quality. We use much less soaps when taking showers or when washing our clothes and dishes, my coffee taste better all my soups and foods prepared with RO water taste amazing. This new water system has changed our lives for the better no more scrubbing for hrs tryin to remove water stains from faucets and showers my wife could not be any happier with our quality of water I can't believe the difference it's made in such a short amount of time. I would recommend Errol and his company to anyone looking to improve their health and overall quality of life.

Had my new water system installed today by Erol and his son Aiden. I went with the top-of-the-line iron filter unit with a new pressure tank and salt softener. Very satisfied.
The job was cleanly and quickly, whole thing finished in 4 maybe 5 hours. Including uninstalling the "system" I used to have. Erol even cleaned out the debris and junk left on the ground before installing the new stuff.
Kept me informed every step of the way, rushed me into his schedule by making an exception and doing a weekend job (Thanks again!) and gave me a wicked deal at the end of it all.
We used this company at the office for a similar system, and another at my Fathers' with an RO unit as well.
