Valentin did an amazing job solving our kitchen plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Valentin and Canada Waterproofers. Very nice guy and highly experienced and professional. This is the second time we have hired Canada Waterproofers for different repairs in the last few years and they do a really amazing job. Valentin snaked out the line, and replaced some broken plumbing under the sink and in the basement ceiling. FYI, we had previously hired a 24 hour plumber (who turned out to be a new guy on probation with very little experience) who couldn't clear the pipes and just ended up cracking some of our pipes with his snake and leaving saying it couldn't be fixed. We should have gone with tried and true experience of guys like Valentin from Canada Waterproofers.

I called Canada Waterproofers for a basement leak. Their response time was very good. Valentin arrived the next morning and was able to locate the leak in my ceiling behind the drywall and repair it. Valentin also cleaned the area and used a cover to protect my washing machines. He also wore shoe covers to protect my floors. He was friendly and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Canada Waterproofers. I had a great experience with them.

From moment Slav arrived I knew I called right company. Very knowledgeable and professional. Crew were professional and clean. Completed job in 2 days and left place cleaner than was before job. No doubt Ill call them again if I ever need. Highly recommend!!!

We had Carl from Canada Waterproofers fixed a leak in our pipes that was causing our basement to be wet. They were very professional and finished the work to our satisfaction. Carl was very easy to deal with and understood the problem well. When we had another plumbing, he send another plumber to fix the problem promptly. We recommend Canada Waterproofers for any waterproofing problems.

I needed a waterproofing done in the middle of a renovation job as we uncover water infiltration.
Andrew was better during the inspection than other competitors and I felt 100% confident i could move ahead with his team.
They secured me a spot for the job the day after next and it was done in half a day. they documented the whole work with pictures and Andrew was very responsive to explain everything by phone or email.
I hope i wont need waterproofing again but if I Do i ll call them again

Val was very communicative and quick to respond with a quote, and then showed up the next day to complete the job. Not only did he go to the store to buy a replacement valve in the right size, he came back immediately and fixed the issue. He was polite and even cleaned up after! Excellent service.

Slava and his team did an excellent job replacing the old clay sewer lines under the basement floor of our 100 year old house. Not only were the price and terms very fair, the work was done in a highly professional manner. Moreover, Slava took time with me before the start of the job, thoroughly explaining how they would do the work and addressing all of my concerns - something that I really appreciated. After the work was complete he took yet more time explaining exactly what his team had done, and as a bonus gave me a ton of really useful advice about what I should do next for my quite complex basement renovation job. I highly recommend Canada Waterproofers!!!

Val called soon after the request for a quote was placed, and came out the same day after I had sent him pictures of the leaking pipes under my kitchen sink. Val had to replace much of the piping as it was very old and not to code. Val completed the work and tested everything thoroughly before leaving. Val is a very friendly and polite plumber that I highly recommend. He has your best interest at heart. Excellent work

We've used Canada Waterproofers several times before and I would recommend them to anyone. From my first interaction with Slava 5 years ago, through to this one, they have proven themselves each time knowledgeable, punctual and trustworthy. Clearly, they care about the quality of their work. And finally, they are nice friendly people to have in your home. Slava even sent me pictures of the work as it happened, which was really interesting to see, so I got to see the roots that had cracked the sewer pipe and then the new pvc sewer going in and then the cleaned up finished floor. Here's my review, below, from 5 years before, so you can see how when a company doesn't gouge you but instead has nice smart people who do great work at fair prices, they win a loyal customer for the long haul. That first visit was free, but I remembered them for future plumbing work and now this time for drain replacement work.

"Canada Waterproofers was the 4th company to come by our place to assess leaking in our basement. The previous visitors had suggested it might be a problem with our drains or foundation, both of which would entail costly repairs. After hearing my background of what we knew so far, in just minutes, Slava identified the real source of the problem, shining a flashlight into our furnace room and pointing out what no one else had noticed, that our furnace was leaking! When I was stunned at how quickly he'd figured it out, Slava mentioned that before he even knocked on the door, he'd looked at how close our gutters are to our neighbours' gutters and decided that water getting to the foundations was an unlikely cause of our problem, and so he was already investigating other possible sources. He also pointed out a tiny particle floating in the water, running west along the back wall toward my closet (where I'd thought the leak was). It was so clever and efficient that it reminded me of Sherlock Holmes explaining how he solved a mystery! I asked him how much we owed him and he laughed and said it was our free assessment. Wow! I would definitely call Canada Waterproofers if I ever needed waterproofing in the future, or recommend them to anyone else who needed it."
