Carl called me same day of requesting his expertise.
I explained him my situation with my dead sump pump.
He came in and took a look at it, provided me full guidance on what to expect.
Provided me the price with no surprises.
Came in the next day as promised on time and prompt.
Replaced the pump and also fixed the piping to make sure its clean and professional. On top of that, he also made sure the gunk that was collected overtime due to old pump not working, was cleaned up and pump was functional. He also provided me maintenance tips and how to keep the pump functional and healthy. (just like with any electronics).
