Canada Waterproofers

My kitchen sink was backing up and i thank my lucky stars that I called Canada Water Proofers. Borys came and he worked tirelessly to unclog it over 2 days. He had to cut pipe under the sink to access properly and spent a few hours day 1 snaking multiple times without success. Day 2 he returned and tried again. Eventually he had to try the opposite end of the pipe in the garage, cut into the wall, open up a pipe and snake from inside the garage- back up to the kitchen. He snaked multiple times from the basement then back up to the kitchen rotating back and forth. In the end he snaked the entire length of the pipe from the top to the bottom then from the bottom to the top ( 25 feet of snake each way) until he was happy with the result. I cannot imagine anyone else taking the time to do this properly and knowing what they were doing. Minimal damage in the best place possible ( the garage) and success. He attached a clearout and air admittance valve which were needed. Professional, knowledgeable, and he didn't give up until he was successful.
