Canada Waterproofers

I first read the ratings here and obtained a quote from the top company and from Canada Waterproofers. I initially went with the top company as they had the better presentation. Canada Waterproofers had a less polished presentation but I was impressed by the sincerity of their rep – Slava as well as having the lesser quote. After numerous delays and tardy call backs by the initially selected top company, I decided to revert to Canada Waterproofers and I am very glad I did. They were very responsive and catered to all of my concerns. They conducted themselves very professionally and did an extraordinary job. Slava was very knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process. All of my neighbours were also impressed. Additionally, I requested a 25-year transferable warranty which they provided. I would definitely highly recommend them.
