Andrew was very knowledgeable right from the start and during quoting. I had water seepage in one corner of the basement along with cracks. His quote for the waterproofing was very competitive. He also made other recommendations for the downspout that were simple to implement.
His team did an excellent job with the work. The waterproofing needed to happen under a concrete pad, so they were able to break it, waterproof all the way to the foundation and pour a new pad at the end of the job, all in a matter of few days. They also parged over the cracks from the outside as an added protection.
Very happy with the work that was done, his team was very courteous and walked me through everything they did. In-between the work days they also marked the area with caution tape to avoid an accidents.
