Canada Waterproofers

My dishwasher stopped draining, and around the same time I could tell there was a bad smell coming from under my kitchen sink. The p-trap was leaking sludge and was coming apart at the seams. Unfortunately, whoever had previously done the plumbing under the sink used rubber cement to glue everything together, so I didnt know how to take it apart.
I called company and they sent Valentyn over to take a look. He pointed out all of the issues that needed fixing, and also why they needed fixing as well. I was a bit apprehensive at first, because it was a much bigger job than I thought. However, his explanation as to what the problem was, and how it was contributing to the issue I had, was very clear and it helped me to understand he was doing the right thing.
The work was done cleanly and relatively quickly. Valentyn also answered a number of other plumbing questions that I had that were outside of the scope of the request. Because it was a flat rate, and not hourly, I thought he might be in a rush to leave once he was done, but he still took the time to walk me through everything and answer my questions. Overall I was very happy with the work and wish I had done this years ago.
