Roz was excellent - we knew we wanted to replace the countertops and floor but weren't sure what else we wanted done. Roz met us with her contractors and made a million great suggestions. And she knew we were going away, so she got everything arranged before we left. She ran around and did tons of work while we were gone and our kitchen was 95% done before we returned. So amazing. We are so happy!
