Company was supposed to show up at my mother in laws to make repairs from a botched job by another contrator and provide a detailed report of difficiencies for a smart claims court claim. Tried caling him numerous times over months and never got a call back. Never responded to texts either. As a result, my statute of limitation has past and I can no longer recover costs for deficiencies. A responsible contractor would never have promised to perform such service if he wasnt able to. He would have also notified me in a timely matter so that I could look for an alternate. Obviously not reliable and in a partnershhip with another company that takes advantage of the elderly. Person I was dealing with was a Duane. Stay away from this company if you need a reliable plumber.

Bob and his staff were prompt, helpful, and did a terrific job on our new bathroom. They kept the work area clean and tidy. We are very pleased with their work.
