Jaffer Home Developments

Jaffer was initially helpful prior to possession date of my duplex but once moved in they have taken over a year to complete deficiencies, which some are still not being done. They have hired contractors that have damaged our flooring and carpet and refuse to take responsibility for it. There quality of workmanship is poor altogether. I know it's not a custom home but jaffer and their contractors do not take pride in their work. Definitely do not recommend buying a house from jaffer.

Initially very helpful and accomodating, prior to possession. Possession date of new home December11, 2013. 4 months later, promised outstanding work still not completed. Dealt with three different people concerning issues, repeating same story. Still no satisfaction, just the run around.
