Fred did a complete inspection, testing & cleaning of my furnace & went over all the results with me. He also diagnosed a problem with my central humidifier & returned the next day with a replacement humidistat to fix it under warranty. Kevin from mechanical dept. was very accommodating in working with my schedule to get everything done on my days off.
