I found Waterguard on Homestars cause I had a leak problem in our basement and the plumber who did the work for the renovation was not giving me a date to come and do the work. I am so happy that I found Mike and his team. It was easy to get everything started with Mike and he came when he said he would come, same with his guys. They worked very hard and clearly explained their findings as they went along. I felt that I was given the information to make an informed decision. They did the work as promised at a reasonable price. They guys were respectful of working in our house and left the site clean. Besides a good job well done, I appreciate that Mike did not string me into any more work than what was needed, but still gave me a full assessment all the pipes in our basement and how they worked with the new ones installed.
