Gutter repair, gutter guard installation, window cleaning

Clear Ottawa Windows installed Alu-rex Gutter Guards, repaired our gutters by hammering nails and installing gutter hangers, and washed our windows. They also cleaned out our gutter for free. Our gutters were disgusting and had baby trees growing out of them so cleaning out our gutters was not a small job.
Their customer service is exceptional. If I could give 10 stars, I would. John was amazing at keeping me up to date, sending me a written quote in real time, sending the invoice promptly, and his over all personality was friendly, respectful and polite.
I love that they use technology also. Their quotes are updated in real time using links so when John had to update a pricing, I saw it almost immediately via a link he previously sent for the original quote. I also appreciated how detailed the invoice is so you know the breakdown of the service you're paying for.
The technicians that did the job were equally nice, informative and professional. There was a section of the house that was not easy to install the gutters so a second crew came to finish the job. They had great customer service as well. All in all, I can tell that Clear Ottawa Windows prioritizes timeliness, quality and customer service. No wonder they have such a high rating in Google.
