Jon did a great job adjusting his schedule, so he was able promptly come by my place to fix my plumbing issues. I had three clogged drains, two leaky faucets and one slow running tap. He efficiently fixed all issues and charged me a very reasonable amount. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him to my friends. I am very happy I chose him.

A young gentleman Jon installed our faucet and sink in our brand new place a few days ago. I called Jon because I had no hot water. He came over quickly, assessed the problem and within a fee hours of calling him, I had hot water again. I asked him about a smell in the area and he quickly determined that my trap in this room was being dried out so he recommended a trap primer. He had all of the parts and equipment with him and installed one in a very timely manner. The smell is gone and has not since returned. I couldn't be happier with his service and he is definately my go to plumber for everything I need. Compared to other plumbers that I have used, he is the most honest and fairly priced out of them all.

Jon was extremely professional and fantastic to deal with. His schedule was tight and he fit us in his busy schedule as our faucet was leaking hot water rapidly. He was prompt, arrived with all of the items, including the new tap to complete the job. He communicated his time of arrival prior and did an excellent job with minimal downtime. John was a recommendation to us by my mother-in-law who works at Olympia Tile. We had some major plumbing issues. Whenever the toilet was flushed, there was massive sewage flooding back up in the basement laundry sink. He came out initially to give a free consultation and returned shortly after to clear the drain. He was efficient and charged a very fair price. Since then we have not had issues with the toilet and drainage. I would gladly recommend him.

It was I thought a relatively small job I had no cold water only hot but he had no problem taking it on came in and was very efficient respectful on time professional did a great job I was super pleased

We had a emergency sewage backup, Jon came over within the hour during evening hours. He was punctual, courteous and professional. He fixed the problem and gave us recommendations to avoid problems in the future.
