John was a recommendation to us by my mother-in-law who works at Olympia Tile. We had some major plumbing issues. Whenever the toilet was flushed, there was massive sewage flooding back up in the basement laundry sink. He came out initially to give a free consultation and returned shortly after to clear the drain. He was efficient and charged a very fair price. Since then we have not had issues with the toilet and drainage. I would gladly recommend him.
