Dulux Paints

On September 26 at 1:30pm I entered the store with my quart of weatherguard paint that did not match my old gallon. The two customer representatives(young ladies)working at the time went over and above my expectations in achieving a perfect match for me. They were an absolute joy to interact with. I left a very happy customer having received the best customer service.

I was told that the paint should cover in one coat as it included a primer in the paint. I'm working on my third coat! I have changed rollers, paint pans and accessories such as trimmers three times and it still looks terrible. I wouldn't recommend Deluxe Diamond paint to anyone.

Just had my home repainted. The professional painter used Dulux Lifemaster Eggshell. It is advertised as having an easy clean technology.

( days after the job was finished I lightly brushed against a wall and the blue color of my shirt left a blue steak on the wall. My shirt did not have paint on it , the paint just seemed to absorb the colour from my shirt -which is not new and washed many times) I might have expected a smudge but to take the colour off my shirt is something I am not used to seeing. The painter said when he finished allow about 4 weeks before washing any marks- at this rate, I will have a lot of washing to do. I this normal for Dulux paints as this is my first experience with them.

Not happy with colour. They told me it would be a grey and it looks blue white not what I wanted. I wanted a bit darker and they told me to go with universal grey. What a huge mistake. Not grey at all. Very disappointed

New construction, the painter used lifemaster paint and if you wiped the walls with water and a microfiber cloth it marked. Dulux paint rep refused to accept responsibility for a poor product. Do not use this product

I purchased Lifemaster paint (Pacific Mist) for my living room, foyer, hall and bedroom. It was to cover a light green; the manager of the store said yes it would cover in two coats as did the professional painter I hired. After two coats, the green was still showing through, so I purchased another gallon and had the painter apply a third coat...STILL the green shows through. I am very disappointed and am wondering what my next step (and $$) is to get rid of the green. I checked on another bedroom I had painted with Dulux paint a year ago in a natural wicker colour and the green shows through there also. What is it with this paint that it doesn't cover??

I bought the Diamond Dulux Matte for my entire house (Silver Quill) and totally disappointed with the results. Had a professional complete the work too.
Any time you touch the wall it leaves a mark. If you lean anything against it - it leaves a mark, example, broom anything you'd normally lean against a wall for a short period of time. At $64/gallon I expected more.
I wouldn't recommend this brand at all.

You never know just how big a job house painting is going to be, until you actually start ! We'll see just how well the Dulux Diamond Exterior paint is going to hold up over time ! One side of the house at a time !

This store is extremely helpful and they make sure you are buying the right paint for the job. I was worried about a color choice, and the lady at the store helped me make a decision. I love the color and I am so happy I went here.

went in to the store looking for basic paint. the owner was extremely helpful with advising me as to what type of paint i should be using for different areas in my house. he then also helped me choose awesome colours whereas i was just going buy basic white. a total pleasant experience.
