Hi. I wanted to let potential customers know that Chinook Exteriors after installation stands by it's work. I had some issues with my down spouts falling down with heavy wind after installation and upon contacting Chinook Exteriors, it was dealt with. This to me is extremely important that a company stands by it's work. I just wanted to make sure that people know that Chinook Exteriors does honour its warranty and stand by its workmanship. It's always the after that is important. Sylvia
