Paul provided a written estimate and invoice, was clear in explaining the scope of work, provided communication throughout the process (e.g. text messages or calls each day), and cleaned up the site at the end of each day.

The job entailed: new replacement brick column (porch roof support) with new footing, grinding and tuck-pointing, crack fill, and parging - in all, about three days of work for two masons.
