John The Plumber

In February 2023, at the end of Jonathans first visit when he successfully stopped three different house faucets from dripping (drips that a different plumber had not been able to fix), we asked him whether he could repair our malfunctioning bidet and increase the water pressure in a third floor shower. He said that he could and followed up with a detailed estimate. When the parts he had quoted on were not available, he explained that he would be sourcing more expensive reliable substitutes without increasing the cost to us.
On the morning of June 28, 2023, Jonathan arrived with Aaron and Dawson; and by the end of the day we had a bidet and shower that were functioning better than they had ever done since they were first installed. These professionals explained what they were doing and the uniqueness of these tasks, took the care and time to get things right, and made things easy for us after their departure (e.g., by cutting a neat 12x12 hole in the wall behind the shower that could be easily covered with a standard access panel, by tidily caulking, by clearing up debris, by explaining warranty). The unsung hero behind the scene was, of course, Sherrie, who was unfailingly courteous and always available as contact. All in all, a most positive experience with Jonathan and the team.
