We hired Daniel a couple of years ago to finish our newly-excavated basement and he's helped us (and family members) out with a few projects since then. Recently we needed to modify our balcony so that we could remove the front railing when necessary (to allow us to move items out of our bedroom via the balcony) so we called Daniel again.
No surprise, Daniel was able to do exactly what we wanted. He made it so that the front railing slides into bolts (so that it's normally locked in place but can be lifted out if necessary) and he also installed a little board to protect our eavestrough. It works perfectly and he got the job done in good time and for a very fair price. No complaints...I would definitely recommend Daniel for any project, big or small.
