Entire House - Kitchen/Bath/Laundry Cabinetry
We gave Chris Goosen from Custom Cabinet Concepts a sizeable cash deposit. We agreed upon cabinet creation/design on the entire new build along with a custom bookshelf, window seat and master closet. We have him a SIZEABLE cash deposit and he in turn delayed us so far a period of 5.5 weeks with minimal product installation. We are missing several cabinets and soft closes, ALL door handles (we have none at all installed), no kick plates, trim, no book case, no master closet and no two window seats. Repeated excuses ensue.....just like several other reviews online where he has taken people's money and delayed him. He doesn't answer phone calls or texts. It's close to 6 WKS delayed and we want our home done!!!!!!
