The technician was very friendly and knowledgably and explained everything that was done in a clear and concise way.

So far furnace is working good. I pay approximately $189 per year for maintainance fee and working out ok. Furnace is only 1.5 year old, so almost new. Service personnel was very good and checked internals using fibre-optic camera.
Only area of concern is thermostat, which goes funny and haywye when internet service gets disconnected.

The Young technician was great he was courteous and professional did a great job we would like him back next time.

Got a furnace cleaning done all good paid still waiting for a receipt.
Phoned them did leave a message asking for my official bill nobody phoned back.

Very difficult to deal with and gets worst with when I had to escalate my issues withmanagement.
Billing is very vague.
No parts breakout or explanation of services on invoices. Just one lump sum.
Would not recommend!
