Recently got a security camera system installed at my home. I found Ray to be pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to others looking for a similar service.

I have no problem of recommending Total Security Co to anyone including friends of families. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right security company to monitor my security alarm system for my house. I saw lots of great reviews from people who have their work done by Ray and his company but I still wanted to look further and see what’s the best company out their for my house. All other companies that I have spoken to are just like everyone else who wanted more money from you. Ray not only educate me of what I might need which is up to me if I wanted or not but also making sure that my needs are met with securing my home. I make my decision after talking to Rayin one week because he was there anytime I have a question regarding security system and this is before I even said that I will go with his company. The customer service from Ray is beyond amazing and professional. I will highly recommended Ray and his company to anyone who is looking to have this kind of work done to making sure that you, your family and your home are secure. Thanks again Ray.

(Total Security Company )Ray was referred by my neighbors as well i did personally see one getting installed...By then I had already decided to get one ....Ray communication skills are outstanding and he is very friendly and courteous to deal with...He worked around my work schedule ...and got the job in a timely manner....Ray kept me well informed via text's and emails.
Pricing for the system was very reasonable and pictures say's it all about his worship.

Ray was the quickest to respond to my initial contact and responded promptly to all questions.
The installation was nicely done and delivered punctually. Overall we were very happy with the service which was personable and at a great price.

Ray is so skilled at what he does. I emailed him on Wednesday evening when I came home and another security system company completely bungled the camera system on our property. They didn't bother to hide any of the camera wiring, and it looked absolutely terrible. Ray called me back in about an hour and was incredibly understanding and sympathetic to our situation. He came in on that Friday to make it right. He rewired all our cameras correctly and made everything look clean and aesthetically pleasing. The cameras look incredible now - so professional. He took really good care of our house to make sure everything was done correctly, even when it wasn't his system. I can't recommend him enough. Great company and I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends.

Ray is a very friendly, responsive professional. Very easy to talk to, family focused and honest. He was a pleasure to work. He was patient and answered all of my questions and made very helpful recommendations and suggestions.

What really stood out is how responsive he is. He always made sure to call or text so that I never had to wait or wonder whether or not he was going to start the job on time or provide a quote. It made it so easy to schedule and plan because he understands that time is money and customers don't want to be given the run around.
