Alfred Smith has done quite a bit of work for my family. In the past he has refinished a dining room table and chairs as well as other pieces. They just delivered my kitchen table and chairs and they look amazing - as promised. The job took only one week to complete and I'm happy with the results. They also touched up my dining room set on site and it's a big improvement. Prompt, professional and friendly service.

We just had our entire dining room set refinished including the buffet, hutch and reupholstering all the chairs and they turned out amazing. They came to pick everything up, disassembled the table, loaded everything up and away they went. Once finished they called us so we can have a look before they were delivered. Everything was later wrapped for delivery, brought back to our house, assembled and put back into place. No complaints here and would use them again, definitely.

We recently had a number of items refinished at Alfred Smiths including two bedroom sets and two sets of chairs. Sham and Raj did an amazing job on everything! They were prompt with delivery, fast at completing the jobs, very concerned with our level of satisfaction, reliable, and reasonably priced. Our pieces ranged from ten years old to antique and all of them look like new! We have had numerous compliments on all the pieces and many requests for their information. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We dealt with Sham at Alfred Smith's and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. He was very prompt with replying to our initial request. We had our kitchen chairs repainted and they look brand new. He arranged to pick them up and drop them off and both were done very promptly in such a short period of time with a great deal of professionalism. We will be using him again to refinish our wood table. All in all it was a great experience from start to finish.

I got a second hand Canada-made furniture for my girls, it was nice but old yellowish color and scratched. This company made it look new and beautiful again, they perfectly matched the white-creamy color I picked. My girl says she feels like a real princess. They were also able to get me custom shaped tick glass to cover the desks.

My husband was not convinced, for the price he though we could buy new, but what they have in the stores now is very low quality, not real wood and pricey.

This company is very professional. They picked up and delivered the product, prompt service and the wood remained looking exactly the same as its original state. Very happy with their work. I had went to another business prior and they had ruined my antique furniture and Alfred Smith's had restored it back. I have brought many things to them afterward. This company is a MUST for service and quality.

I refound this company after searching for refinishers in Vaughan. This company had refinished my dining room set about 27 years ago and to this day it looks magnificent. I had a challenging piece as it was very old and when stripped of colour ,the remaining tint was very strong. These men were outstanding and worked very hard to develop the new colour and make it work on my piece. - I was so nervous as I am not confident in pucking shades of colour and was it what I had pictured in my mind.? I brought my decorator friend in to help me ( I am seriously colour blind) and she was so impressed at what they did and how much they aim to please and make you feel like you are their most important client. My husband who is very honest and will tell you if he doesn't like something ,texted me when the dresser was delivered , saying he was so amazed at how it turned our. BrAvo to an outstanding business approach and wonderful workmanship.
