Our furnace stopped working in the middle of January and we called Chris that evening , he responded the next morning and I had a warm home by 10am the next day. Great efficient service, would definitely use the again.

The burners on my electric stove would not heat. Everything looked normal, and the element light was on, but there's was no heat at all.

My stove is an electric glass-top. It is only three years old. I was very frustrated.

I placed a call to DFA and he said he would be over in the afternoon. He looked over the stove found out what the problem was and ordered the part. In the mean time he put in a used part so I could us my stove. In two days he placed in the new part and work good as new. He was very professional, clean and did a great job. He did not waste my time or money.

The owner has helped me with my stove which blew the day we moved into out new home thanks to bad electical work on the part of our builder. The owner diagnosed the problem and fixed it using the warranty of the product. He also has his service guy check my dryer plug and fix that too. Saving us from disaster.

Had an issue where water would leak from dishwasher. Got Chris as a referral. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly. It was smooth from initial contact to quote to service - I have no complaints and would gladly recommend him based on my experience.

The timer on my gas dryer was no longer functioning as required. The guy who services my furnace annually, whom I trust, referred me to Chris, who was able to determine what needed to be done from a photo and a description of the problem. Chris came by, removed the timer, took it away and repaired it, and then returned to re-install it. Chris was on time and on budget with this repair job, and I will gladly call him again if I need any appliances repaired in the future.

2 yr old microwave with a blown out control panel, which happened after the door was replaced which took 4 weeks. Now I have been waiting another 5 weeks for the control board to be replaced.....have called DFA for the past 5 weeks and have been given every excuse... This week I have tried to call but get no response at all. I haven't been able to use this appliance for over 2 months. WARNING: If anyone needs a repair done do not contact this company, they are unreliable, don't return calls or follow through with their clients.
