Pest Protection Plus Inc.

Discovered a nest of what I assumed were wasps/hornets. Called around to assistance with removal, no way was I doing it myself. I called several companies and this company was really the only one that truly listen to me, and offered a next morning appointment (others were sometime the following week). The price was comparable to others. After I hung up, I got an email and text confirming my request and appointment details. On the day of arrival I was told that the technician would be at my home between 10-12. At approximately 930, I got a text telling me the t ch was on his way. Upon arrival, Brent was polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable, he confirmed that they were Bald Faced Wasps, and told me how he was going to deal with them. He was fast and efficient. After he was done he told me what to expect over the next couple hours. I have to say, after spending most of my career in customer service, this is a company that truly believes in it.
