On September 5, 2024, l had Pest Protection Plus come to remove a wasp nest that l discovered in my outdoor dryer vent. Anthony arrived promptly and communicated continously with me via text every step of the way (l was at work). He even sent me photos and asked for my permission to cut the vent screen in order to be able to fully remove the nest. From my initial contact with Ben to the conclusion of the service with Anthony, including payment, everything was smooth and well co-ordinated. I was extremely happy with their prompt and attentive service and reasonable pricing.
