They sent out a handyman to our house to quote. He spent 5 minutes reviewing what we needed and charged us $100 for this. Then they took a week to provide us with quote (after I had to call them back several times asking for it) and they provided just a verbal total cost (which was extremely high) to do the 4 tasks without a labour/materials breakdown. I asked for the labour/material breakdown as we wanted to see the formal breakdown for each task to adjust our list of services (remove some tasks). They refused to provide one. Then they wouldn't adjust the quote (remove some services) and continued to refuse to provide us with a proper formal quote (with labour and materials). Then they simply hung up the phone on us and would not pick up our phone calls back. I would NEVER recommend this company!! They have horrible customer service, they are not transparent -they take your money without providing any value or services/completion of tasks.

took the 'first coat only' option since i felt it would be relatively easy to do the second myself. possibly the worst first coat i have ever seen, gobbed on, almost 10mm in places, no feathering, took all day to sand it back to what a professional would do. All I can say is the guy they sent must have been a real rookie.

I first met with Mino who is the gentleman in charge of estimates and work follow up. I was very pleased with his quote on a flat rate basis. This was critical as it was a 4 day job. Igor and Victor were amazing, jobs included full condo painting, in bathroom remove glass shower, replace vanities, mirror and lighting, closet door replacement in one bedroom - kitchen cupboard spray painting and repair and various other minor repairs throughout the condo. As a result of their efforts, it looks like we will have a sale above listing!!

I called this company looking for a handyman to do various small tasks in my condo. I explained what i was looking for in a detailed list. ex- REPLACE the shelf under my sink.
The rep i dealt with was quick to reply at first...

On to the task- The handyman visited and completed his work in a much longer time that it should have been. I asked for them to replace the shelf...The handyman screwed the new shelf onto the old rotten one and now it is at a 30 degree angle. Can't even use it.
I asked to patch up holes and see the picture attached on how they do things.

I've been calling in every day to speak with a manager and have not received a call back for the past 9 days.
Stay away from this company. Stay far away

Igor and Viktor are real professionals. I had my bathroom completely renovated with these guys and have them do any small jobs I need done around the house. Extremely solid and knowledgeable guys that always come on time even on short notice. I've recomended them to all my friends at work.

Igor and Viktor are my go-to guys for any work I need done around the house. I recently had them renovate a small bathroom in my basement. They did an incredible job quickly and for a very affordable price. I recommend these guys to all my co-workers and friends, will definitely be working with them again in the future!

We purchased a 8x10 shed from Lowe's and called SOS Handyman to install it for us. Victor did a wonderful job and made a great floor for it. He is very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with - and very competent. We are having him come back to lay tiles in our basement because we trust him and know that he does great work.

Viktor of SOS handyman did a masterful and professional job of repairing my kitchen island panelling.....he is a MASTER CRAFTSMAN....and I give him an AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA++++++++++++++++RATING! I will be highly recommending to any and all I know who need professional and excellent work done on their property. jeff westcott
