Hakim was absolutely incredible. He was on time, he was incredibly thorough. He fixed everything and double checked before he left. He was kind enough and patient to allow me to write down some great tips that will benefit the longevity of my AC unit. He also washed down the unit and checked the thermostat. I could not be happier with his visit. I will only use Tempasure, as I know Im guaranteed excellent service, especially today, when it was a last minute call for help. Thx Tempasure. Earlier this year when the first heat wave hit, we turned our air conditioner on and all you could hear was silence. I checked Homestars and on reading the reviews I called Tempasure.
I was told by Jessica that they were overwhelmed with calls and it would be a number of weeks before they could come. I was willing to wait. When I told her we were seniors, she immediately said she would try to speed things up. Len (owner) called the next day saying that when one of his employees had a few spare minutes they would come over to see what had to be done.
The following day, Murray came over and a couple of days later, I received an invoice.
Len kept in touch with us and when an unexpected opening arrived, he sent the contractors in and our air conditioner was installed.
When you need a new air conditioner, please do consider Tempasure. Our furnace will soon need to be replaced and Tempasure will be called.

When our very old AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heatwave, Tempasure was very quick to arrange a visit to diagnose the issue and provide us a temporary fix to keep us cool until we could install a new unit.
