Our air conditioning broke on the hottest day of the summer so far- I called Len after hours and he was so great he showed up to check out the issue within the hour! Len was responsive , fair and amazing in a time when we were really in need! We have worked with Len for over 10 years and have always found him to be pleasant and efficient. Len was also also amazing at providing updates on his timing which is always appreciated! Len picked up our needed part and our unit was up and running the next afternoon! Thanks Len for quickly cooling off a very hot situation !!I will continue to call Len for all of our heating air con needs and will continue to highly recommend him!!

Our air conditioner unit started leaking water and we were worried about water damage and having no air conditioning in this hot weather. Len was highly recommended to us so I gave him a call, and though it was very last minute he managed to come over the same to take a look at the unit and fix it for us. I'd like to say a few words about our technician Len. Unfortunately our air conditioning broke on one of the hottest weekends this summer. I contacted a good friend of mine who suggested three air conditioning repair companies. I did proceed to call all three numbers given to me. Len was the only one who called me back. He came out to my home within an hour of me speaking with him. He was very polite insisting to remove his shoes which I thought was very rare nowadays. Knowing that my family and I were very upset about the situation, Len assured us that the air conditioning would be up and running within a half an hour, which to my surprise was. Len is now on MY list of referrals.
