I needed a new switch to turn on my electric fireplace

the service person came out after 9;00 PM!!

He was very tidy and efficient

he adhered to all the Covid 19 Protocols as well

Furnace service and replacement

Two years ago, Len and his associates diagnosed causes of concern with my old furnace and did not charge for things that did not need fixing. This year, I decided to buy a new furnace from Tempasure because they were trustworthy and attentive. They replaced the old furnace promptly with an 11-year parts warranty and a 5-year warranty on labour, including all service calls. Furnace is working well!

Called and received friendly response from Lander. Scheduling was reasonable for a non-emergency. Hakim technician was knowledgeable, friendly and left work area clean. I am comfortable and confident with Tempasure as my a/c heating contractor.

Great service!

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Len and Daniel were terrific. They explained a number of things that we didn't know about and gave us good information on maintenance etc.
They are very knowledgable and are happy to help with any questions you have.
I would absolutely highly recommend them for HVAC and fireplace maintenance and repairs. So happy to have found such an competent and honest company!

2nd time using them, and still happy

This is my second time using them. First was for a repair and this time was for a scheduled maintenance. Both times they were professional, communicated clearly, and completed the job within budget. I will continue using Tsmpasure for my HVAC needs.

First time using Tempasure and certainly won’t be the last. From the first call onwards, I felt like I was truly looked after. Len, the owner, came for a site visit personally just to ensure that I would be purchasing product that would best suit my needs. A few days later, Hakim arrived and installed; he was timely, pleasant, and patient explaining all. Highly recommend this company and already planning my next project with them.
